Use Wonderment in Kim to look up the tracking record for an order and answer where-is-my-order questions inside the conversation.
What you’ll get
Find the shipment without leaving the conversation.
Search Wonderment with the order name the customer quotes or the tracking code they paste, so the shipment is located without opening a separate tracking portal.
Explain where the parcel actually is.
Read the carrier, current status, estimated delivery date, and recorded checkpoints together, so the reply describes the parcel's real progress rather than restating the order date.
Use read-only shipment tracking.
Wonderment access is read-only. It does not change deliveries, update addresses, contact carriers, or send tracking notifications to the customer.
